The architectural concept is centered around a strong vertical frame that defines the façade and establishes a clear visual identity. This frame acts as both a shading device and a compositional element, introducing depth and rhythm to the elevation.
By articulating the façade through layers of solid and void, the design creates a dynamic interplay of light and shadow, reinforcing the contemporary character of the residence.
Material :
A carefully curated palette of warm-toned materials enhances the tactile and visual quality of the residence. Finishes are selected to complement the architectural form while maintaining durability and ease of maintenance.
